These terms of service ('Terms') govern your use of JobIntel.ai, an AI-powered career platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Services

JobIntel.ai provides the following services to accelerate your career:

AI-powered resume analysis and optimization recommendations
Personalized cover letter generation for job applications
Interview preparation tools and practice sessions
Career coaching and professional development resources
Job search strategies and application tracking
LinkedIn optimization and personal branding support

2. Account Registration and Security

To use our services, you must create an account and maintain its security:

Provide accurate and complete information during registration
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You are responsible for all activities under your account
One account per person; sharing accounts is prohibited

3. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our services for any of the following purposes:

Any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform illegal acts
To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws
To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
To submit false, inaccurate, or misleading information
To upload viruses or any other malicious code that compromises system security
To attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack our services
To use our services to compete with or create similar services

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription tiers with different features and usage limits. Details about plans and pricing can be found on our pricing page.

Token-Based Billing

All requests to our AI-powered services are billed in tokens. One token equals a single AI query. Each query consumes 1 token:

CV Analysis: 1 upload and analysis = 1 token
Cover Letter Generation: 1 generated cover letter = 1 token
Chat Message: 1 message sent to the AI assistant = 1 token
Interview Training: Create questionnaire = 1 token, Evaluate answers = 1 token
AI Tool Requests: Each query = 1 token. Examples: You generate interview questions → 1 token. You evaluate answers → 1 token. You calculate a salary → 1 token. You research company data → 1 token per query. The number of tokens used depends on how many queries you perform within a tool

Your usage limits reset on the 1st of each month. Unused requests expire at month-end and do not roll over. First-time subscribers receive prorated limits based on days remaining in their signup month (rounded up). Each AI query counts as 1 request regardless of which tool you use.

Billing and Payments

Subscription fees are billed on the 1st of each calendar month. First-time subscribers pay a prorated amount for the partial month from signup date to month-end
All payments are processed securely through our payment provider Polar.sh
Failed payments may result in service suspension after a grace period
Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Service access will continue until the end of your billing period. No refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

Dynamic Request Limits

JobIntel.ai reserves the right to adjust monthly request limits (upward or downward) based on average customer usage patterns to maintain optimal service quality and fair pricing. Limit changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via email. Current subscribers will have the option to cancel their subscription before changes take effect if they disagree with the new limits. These adjustments serve to ensure a sustainable platform while maximizing customer value. By subscribing, you agree to this limit adjustment policy.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of JobIntel.ai are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content and Data

You retain ownership of content you upload. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your content to provide our services. We respect your privacy and handle data according to our Privacy Policy.

6. Privacy and Data Security

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Service Limitations and Disclaimers

Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Maintenance windows and technical issues may temporarily affect access.

AI-Generated Content and Errors

Our AI tools provide suggestions and analysis based on data and algorithms. IMPORTANT: The AI can make mistakes, produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information. AI-generated content may be factually incorrect, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific situation. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and customizing all AI-generated content before use. Never rely exclusively on AI outputs for important career decisions. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of erroneous or inaccurate AI content. We do not guarantee job placement or interview success.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided 'as is' without any warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement under the following conditions:

You may terminate by canceling your subscription and deleting your account
We may terminate for breach of these Terms after reasonable notice
We may immediately suspend service if we suspect fraudulent activity
Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Austrian law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Austria or through binding arbitration at our discretion.
